Burger Alley proved to be an excellent choice for dinner. The culinary offerings were impressive, and the staff provided attentive, friendly service. Notably, the wing special was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to fellow wing enthusiasts. For a top-rated burger, Burger Alley is an exceptional option. PS the shakes are slushies was good also.

Burger Alley is a hidden gem if you’re craving a legit, no-frills burger in the South Loop. Spent about 18 on a double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink—worth every penny. The burger was juicy, perfectly smashed, and stacked with fresh toppings. The fries were crispy, seasoned just right, and honestly, I could’ve eaten a whole second order. The spot’s got that classic Chicago hole-in-the-wall feel, but the flavors are anything but basic. Service was quick, and they keep it simple—just great burgers done right. Definitely adding this to my regular rotation!

This was our first time in Chicago and I saw the reviews so I thought we’d give it a try. The food was actually pretty good. I had a burger and my husband had a grilled chicken sandwich. The onion rings and fries were really good. We also tried the cookies and cream shake which seemed like it was made out of ice and oat milk. It wasn’t the best we’ve had. Overall would definitely recommend. The staff was super friendly and the order was prepared quickly. It is in the building where the East/West university is so the layout was a little weird.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience and service was top notch. They were incredibly helpful and caring with our order that contained allergies. Best burger and fries my family has had in a long time. If we lived in the area this would 100% be our go to burger joint.
